We believe every young person deserves somewhere they’re celebrated, not just accommodated.

Inspire Enrichment exists because we kept hearing the same story from families: finding somewhere their child could truly settle felt like an uphill battle. Too many young people with SEND find themselves excluded from mainstream clubs and activities, not because they lack ability, but because the environments around them haven’t been designed with them in mind.

For young people, that can mean isolation, frustration and a gradual loss of confidence in places where they should have been able to belong. For parents and carers, it can mean hours of searching for somewhere that feels safe and genuinely right for their child. Inspire Enrichment exists to change that - we create accessible, welcoming experiences where young people are encouraged to explore what interests them, try things at their own pace and be recognised for what they can do, rather than being defined by what they find difficult.

Our Ethos

Ideas become more interesting when they’re shared. We create plenty of opportunities for young people to work together and discover what they can achieve as a team.

Progress doesn’t look the same for everyone, so we don’t measure one young person against another. What matters is having something meaningful to work towards at a pace that feels achievable.

Some days are about pushing yourself; others are about taking things more slowly. We pay attention to what a young person needs on the day rather than expecting everyone to follow the same script.

Through performances, workshops and local projects, we give young people opportunities to step beyond our sessions and into the wider community, helping others see their creativity and potential.

Strength, coordination and confidence can develop gradually through the right activities and encouragement. We create safe, supportive opportunities for young people to build those abilities without feeling pressured or judged.

Finding the right words, or the right way to communicate without words at all, can take time and practice. We give young people the space to work out what feels natural to them, then encourage them to use it with confidence.
