Meet The Inspire Team
Jade is the director of Inspire Enrichment as well as leading dance, creative classes, and outreach.
As a Dance Practitioner specializing in SEND and Community Outreach, she holds a BA Hons Degree in Dance and a Level 6 Diploma in Dance Pedagogy. Jade delivers the Arts Award programme from Discover to Gold. Trained in Signalong, Neurodiversity Planning, ELSA, and DofE support, she possesses an array of knowledge in nurturing young people's creative participation.
Jade's favourite things to do are listen to music, read crime thrillers, and drink coffee! If she isn't in work she is either at a cafe or on holiday... usually Disney!
Jade focuses on creating an enjoyable, high-energy environment where participants feel safe expressing their true selves. In her sessions, she champions collaboration and empowers everyone to find and use their voice.
JADE
Ellie is the owner of Hunt Scholars, where Inspire Enrichment runs many of our sessions. She has a BA in Economic & Social History from the University of Exeter and has a PGCE, and is passionate about making learning engaging, accessible and enjoyable.
She loves sharing her passion for History and English Literature, while also helping our neurodivergent young people develop the confidence and tools they need both in and beyond the classroom.
As an autistic person with ADHD herself, Ellie understands the importance of creating an environment where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. She’s all about making support and adaptations feel completely normal — because everyone deserves the chance to learn and thrive in a way that works for them
ELLIE
Elle has lots of experience working with children and young people in childcare, education, specialist settings and alternative provision. She loves getting to know each child, finding out what they enjoy and using their interests to make sessions feel fun, relaxed and exciting.
Here at Inspire Elle runs creative, sensory and Minecraft-based sessions and loves anything hands-on, imaginative or a little bit messy!
Outside of work, Elle is a huge Taylor Swift and Harry Styles fan, she loves Jellycats and absolutely adores her dog, Nala. She’s always happiest when she’s being creative, making something or coming up with her next fun idea!
ELLE B
As an autistic person herself, Megan has a real understanding of the young people she works with and loves helping them feel comfortable, included and confident to be themselves.
Megan is very creative and loves all things crochet, making everything from cute little creations to whatever idea she’s decided to tackle next! She also loves dance, animals (especially her guinea pigs) and can usually be found at a concert at the weekend. She also has a slight unhealthy obsession with Harry Styles.
Megan actually started her journey with Hunt Scholars and Inspire as a student, so it’s pretty special to now have her as part of the team.
MEGAN
Joel leads our 'Capture & Edit' Photography classes. They are a photographer with over a decade's experience, specialising in digital photography and editing as well as graphic design. Outside of Inspire Enrichment, Joel enjoys weightlifting, typography, video games, disco music, horror movies, and terrible jokes.
Some of Joel's artistic inspirations are Robert Darch's 'The Island', Mitra Tabrizian's 'Wall House II', Jack Latham's 'Sugar Paper Theories', and the work of Chantal Regnault. They love the Lord of the Rings, Twin Peaks, and the Golden Girls.
If you're coming along to a class that Joel is leading, you can expect a sincere passion for photography and visual art, tangents about Tim Curry, and a dry sense of humour.
JOEL
Issy is an extremely passionate film and media teacher with an MA in Film and Television Research and also has experience teaching in Japan.
She’s been playing Table Top Role Play for over a decade and is an experienced Dungeon & Dragons Dungeon Master and player.
Outside of work, Issy loves to watch Japanese movies, anime (especially Evangelion), read horror novels and all things kpop.
She also enjoys sports, art and anything weird or bizarre.
ISSY
Amanda is married with two amazing children and a crazy dog that keep her on my toes.
She loves anything to do with sewing and dressmaking and has made a lot of her own clothes.
She has a level three in upholstery and curtain making and is currently learning how to use illustrator and learning how to create her own designs that can then get printed on to fabric/wallpaper etc.
Amanda will often be found with a book as she loves to read as well as cooking up a good meal . She is extremely open to new things and always open to new learning experiences.
AMANDA
Kiran runs the media-makeup group and loves creating a welcoming, inspiring place for participants to explore all areas of makeup.
With a BA in Prosthetics and Special Effects, he has a wide range of knowledge from historical looks to modern SFX.
Being digitally creative is also something he enjoys, making simple projects in Python code and using CAD (computer-aided-design) to make 3D models.
He is a huge animals lover as well as nature, and often take inspiration from the flora and fauna he sees when out walking, often while listening to some sort of news or comedy podcast.
KIRAN
Louise is our DofE Manager and Outdoor Education Lead, with 20 years of experience helping young people take on their DofE adventures!
She has worked extensively with SEN young people and loves making outdoor experiences accessible, inclusive and most importantly, fun.
Outside of Inspire, she is often found to be attending music festivals which she loves and exploring the mountains in her camper van.
LOUISE
Gemma is a makeup artist who is a very creative soul and serial project starter. She can 99% of the time be found with an iced coffee in her hand and truly believed that chocolate is her love language.
Gemma is slightly obsessed with anything pink, sparkly & all things pretty. She is at her happiest when she is creating, teaching or making some sort of mess
Christmas is a personality trait in Gemmas eyes, not a season. She is a Mum and a wife as well as a grade A overthinker who’s favorite line is “I have a new idea…”
GEMMA
David mainly is our Dungeons and Dragons game master and occasionally runs world building narrative skill sessions. He thoroughly enjoys sailing regularly and recently competed in the prestigious 2026 Cowes Dinard St Malo Race with the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC).
David also has completed his Bronze Duke of Edinburgh and is one of our supplies for DofE. He is also looking to soon start his silver award soon.
David is an, as he would call it “somewhat competent” pianist who is also a huge lover of Dr Who and SciFi/Fantasy as a whole.
